## Code Principles
- **Simplicity**: Write simple, straightforward code
- **Readability**: Make code easy to understand
- **Maintainability**: Write code that's easy to update
- **Less Code = Less Debt**: Minimize code footprint
- **NEVER write comments** - code should be self-documenting

## Layout
- `src/t3code_mcp` - FastMCP server: `config.py` (machines from TOML), `t3.py` (HTTP client for a T3 Code server), `server.py` (tools)
- `t3code.example.toml` - config template; tokens come from env only
- `docs/PROGRESS.md` - keep current

## Checking commands
After writing code, always run (or `make check`):

```
Dependencies: `uv add`, never edit lock files by hand.
